The theme of the event is "Chu Yun Millennium Jade Head, Spring Breeze Ten Miles Peach Blossom Mountain", with the goal of basing on the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, integrating into the new development pattern, and promoting the high-quality development of culture, tourism, and sports industries. The beautiful landscape and wetland natural scenery share the cultural feast while enjoying the beautiful peach blossom scenery.

It interprets the local life of the ancestors of Zoumaling more than 5,000 years ago. Music and dance "High Mountains and Flowing Water" tells the story of the Boyazi period of the Warring States period, a song "High Mountains and Flowing Water" has become a bosom friend story through the ages, depicting Shishou looking for friends with an open attitude, attracting tens of billions of projects to settle down, realizing hundreds of billions of industries to put into production, and making the splendid Shishou school prosperous.

☆ The Song and Dance of the Book of Songs "Guan Guan Ju Hatoyama", "Chu Ling" and "Beautiful People Accompanying Lone Lantern" are based on the love legend that Fan Li helped King Gou Jian of Yue to defeat Wu and retired with Xi Shi to return to the Peach Blossom Mountain on the Stone Head, showing the romantic color of the stone head land. The poem recitation "Shishou Mountain" and "Going to Jingzhou" look back at the long history of Shishou and show the magnificent poems left by literati and writers for Shishou in history. The song "Rolling the Yangtze River East", "Eighteen Mile Gallery", the poem recitation "This Spring", the scene song and dance "Ten Sending the Red Army", the male solo "Where the Peach Blossoms Bloom", "Dare to Ask Where the Road is" and other wonderful programs reflect the Chu culture, red culture, Yangtze River water culture and the family and country feelings of the Shishou people that reflect each other. The ending song and dance "Do not forget your initiative mind" expresses the firm determination of the people of Shishou to forge ahead courageously towards the development goal of "three cities, three modernizations and three doublings" and to write a new spring chapter in the new journey of "building a portal, building a demonstration and seizing opportunities.
